Financial institution Jyske Bank enters into agreement to acquire Formuepleje

Danish financial institution Jyske Bank enters into agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in FP Kapital A/S (Formuepleje).

After almost five years of co-ownership, Lars Larsen Group and Formuepleje’s additional shareholders have entered into an agreement to sell Formuepleje to Jyske Bank, Denmark’s third largest financial institution.

We are very pleased with the great effort which the leadership team and employees in Formuepleje have shown in the period of our co-ownership. Furthermore, we are delighted with the fact that Formuepleje has found a new home with Jyske Bank, who will be a very good and long-term owner,” says Jesper Lund, President and CEO of Lars Larsen Group.

The transaction is pending approval by Danish authorities and expected to be finalised in the fourth quarter of 2026.
