HIMMERLAND

Located in the beautiful nature of the Northern part of Denmark, HimmerLand is the preferred resort destination for those who enjoy cozy get-a-ways, great variation of activities, and excellent gastronomical experiences. PART OF LARS LARSEN GROUP SINCE 1986

Built in 1979 as Himmerland Golf & Country Club, the resort was originally owned jointly by the owners of the more than 300 vacation houses around the golf course.

Lars Larsen Group acquired part-ownership of the retreat in 1986 and took over the full ownership in 2007. Following 2007, the resort embarked on its journey to become a resort entailing several activities. Since 2019, HimmerLand has expanded rapidly adding 26 new hotel rooms and padeltennis facilities with more additions on the way. The expansion is thus in line with the resort’s ambition of becoming a great resort of high quality for Danish and international guests that appreciates great service, unique and memorable experiences.
