Lars Larsen Group moves its head office to Silkeborg

As of 5 February 2024, Lars Larsen Group’s head office is located in Silkeborg. In connection with the move, the family office changes its name from LLG A/S to Lars Larsen Group A/S.

Over the course of a few years, the parent company of the family-owned Lars Larsen Group has grown to an organisation of approximately 80 employees. After having shared its head office with the biggest subsidiary in the group, JYSK, in Brabrand, the company is now ‘flying the nest’ and as of 5 February the new address will be Randersvej 2.C, DK-8600 Silkeborg.

Lars Larsen Group A/S moves into the third of soon to be four buildings which together comprise Erhvervspark Silkeborg – a Lars Larsen Group-project located centrally by the motorway and stadium in Silkeborg.

In connection with the move, Lars Larsen Group changes the name of the parent company from LLG A/S to Lars Larsen Group A/S, marking the finalizing step of a comprehensive simplifying process, which over the past years has streamlined the group and brought it from 10 legal entities to one.

Based on the wishes of the owner-family, Lars Larsen Group is establishing its first own head office in Silkeborg – a city which currently and historically holds close ties to the group. Chairman of the Board of Lars Larsen Group, Jacob Brunsborg, lives in Silkeborg and the founder of the group, Lars Larsen, called the city his home for more than 30 years. Furthermore, Lars Larsen Group supports multiple sports and cultural institutions in the city.

Lars Larsen Group’s association with Aarhus will remain unchanged. Here, the head offices of JYSK, Bolia, ILVA, and SENG will stay and so will the current Lars Larsen Group-sponsorships and the like. In addition, the Lars Larsen Group Retail-team will stay at JYSK’s head office in Brabrand, to remain close to the retail companies in the group.
